Continuous improvement of production by cultural techniques

I’m interpreting Japanese-German for a Kaizen consulting activity in the agricultural industry area today. The master will encourage a few local teams that are producing french fries in the legendary spirit that Toyota introduced into automobile production a few decades ago. I keep reading about the subject, also in a book which the master gave to me. During the preceding days I translated a specification of a large Japanese company that regulates the shop floor level requirements of the business of design companies that work for it. The specification had a lot in common with Kaizen issues. Much of it was about making the work of the subcontractor understandable and for the future user.

In the evening I’m proceding to Frankfurt for Chinese-English interpreting of a chemical industry conference.
