We are currently working on the following:

• FFII Financial Affairs – there is urgent legacy cleanup work to do, and in doing so we will hopefully help to establish a more robust financial governance structure for the FFII
• European Patent Policy – We are looking for ways to build or support a movement for a democratic European patent system
• Freedom of Speech vs Legal Costs – We are looking for ways to reduce the burden of judicial regulation on online speech in Germany
• We are maintaining and documenting some of the data processing systems used at FFII.org, such as the FFII Database Schema and the Aktiv participation system
