Each Multilingual Hypertext Template Directory contains one language-neutral Template that can be written using the full range of Perl Template Toolkit Language expressions, and a set of vocabulary makefiles that are written using the A2E Vocabulary Makefile Language, similar to that of GNU Make. For convenience of use, the directories are grouped by applications and language conventions.
