 - changed shebang line in sitemapper.pl to use /usr/bin/perl instead of non-existant /bin/env
   - the latter introduces an unfulfillable requirement into the RPM package
   - we should have done this with a patch but, given the shallowness of the changed, opted for the lazy approach
 - Without further hacking, the program sitemapper.pl and its base libraries are incapable of dealing with Unicode and thus basically useless in any internationalised working environment.
